MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MoU)
Between Freelancer and P4Propleads
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is made and entered into by and between:
P4Propleads, operating via its website www.p4propleads.online, hereinafter referred to as the "Company",
AND
Freelancer, an independent individual or entity referring services offered by the Company, hereinafter referred to as the "Referrer".
1. Purpose
The purpose of this MoU is to establish a mutual understanding and agreement regarding the referral arrangement between the Company and the Referrer for services listed on the Company's website.
2. Referral Program Overview
Under this agreement, the Referrer shall be eligible to receive a referral earning for each successful referral made to the Company’s services under the following terms:
The Referrer shall receive 20% of the service cost (excluding taxes) as a referral earning.
The referred customer must purchase and continuously use the service for a minimum duration of one (1) month.
The referral shall be considered valid only if the customer was not previously registered with or known to the Company.
Referral tracking and validation will be the responsibility of the Company.
3. Payment Terms
Referral earnings will be calculated based on the net service cost, excluding any applicable taxes.
Payments will be processed within 30 days of completion of the first full month of service by the referred customer.
The Company reserves the right to withhold payment if there is evidence of fraud or misuse of the referral program.
4. Term and Termination
This MoU shall remain in effect unless terminated by either party by providing a written notice of 15 days.
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time with prior notice.
5. Relationship of the Parties
Nothing in this MoU shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between the parties.
The Referrer shall act as an independent entity.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information obtained in connection with this MoU that is not otherwise publicly available.
